TRAINING

Weekly Training class provided Online !

Classes will cover martial arts and functional fitness material each week. Below are the live training events that will be held one weekend a month. This is the curriculum that will be covered in the Online weekly group class. Each class is shot in HD to ensure picture quality and knowledge transfer.

Monthly Training Events:

A minimum of 12 training events per calendar year will take place at various locations.
**Additional training will be reserved on the Friday before and the Monday after each event.
