As a long time weight lifter it was difficult for me to believe that a single weight could benefit me as much as a gym full of equipment. I thought I was in decent shape until I was first introduced to the Kettlebell workout with Harinder. He showed me a whole new level of strength training and with his instruction I am in the best shape of my life. He is a great coach who pushes you to reach your full potential and will not take any excuses until you get there. I would recommend him to anyone looking to get in shape.
